Me: Movie? Heelll yeeahh.

*Title on screen* Your body changes during-

Everyone: AW COME ON!

That night I sat in the shower, fully clothed with the water on, rocking myself back and forth whilst throwing up all over myself.

Eh, don't worry. I was brave enough to handle learning about puberty from classroom lectures and other educational sources, probably thanks to being informed about it via a motherly heart-to-heart talk beforehand.

I feel nostalgic over having to watch PG-13 and R-rated films in school, obviously with the former in a middle school classroom and the latter in a high school classroom. I was nervous at first, because I was afraid that the teachers decided to sneak it into class or something, but then I later on realized that those films not only deal with mandatory-to-learn-about topics, but watching the films with higher ratings also serve as a rite of passage for students meaning the time has come. Thanks to that, I'm finally as brave as a lion!

I remeber that. Walking into class and seeing the TV cart. There were times I'd think we were going to watch a movie when really it was left there from the last class .

The best part were those days where everyone would bring in food for the class. Especially on holidays or near the end of the year when everyone just wants to kick back.

My Fourth Grade teacher and my senior year Literature teacher played some awesome badass films like The Dark Crystal, The Witches, The old Star Wars trilogy, the Indiana Jones trilogy and so on. Those two teachers kicked ass.

Oh, the best thing about school for me, unless it was health class. Then we all knew we were stuck watching Degrassi all class.

I do remember the TV cart. But that wasn't until late junior high for me. Before that, it was reel-to-reel movies. And I remember overhead projectors, and before that actual blackboards and chalk.................

Actually I don't...but then we often watched movies as opposed to actual schoolwork. I think it was so the teachers could catch up on grading papers. I would often get bored with the movie very quickly and pull out a worksheet or some schoolwork that had not yet been turned in and work on that while everyone else watched the movie. I wonder if playing those movies for us was a sneaky attempt to make us do our school work willingly.

Meh, no idea. The things played were related to what we were doing in class that day, but none the less watching that instead of listening to the teacher blabber on/Do work, is better.

I think videos that had any actual relvance to the class were not used until later grades and I was homeschooled since the fith grade.
